NOTICE OF REVIEW OF
CODE OF PRACTICE FOR ACCESS TO COUNCIL MEETINGS AND DOCUMENTS

Pursuant to Section 92 of the Local Government Act 1999, Council has prepared a Code of Practice for Access to Council Meetings and Documents. Notice is given that at its meeting of 18 December 2018, Council endorsed the Code of Practice for Access to Council Meetings and Documents and has now released it for public consultation.

Copies of the Code of Practice for Access to Council Meetings and Documents are available for public inspection during ordinary office hours at the Council office located at 29 Holland Street, Kingston SE, and below:

Members of the public are invited to provide written comment to the Council in respect of the Code of Practice for Access to Council Meetings and Documents. All written comments must be provided to the Council before close of business on Friday, 8 February 2019.
