Welcome to the Kingston District Council and communities website

The website enables the community of the Kingston District and the wider community to be better informed of Council issues and projects being undertaken. This is achieved with providing all users with ease of access to Council minutes and other relevant documentation and information that relates to Councils operations.

Kingston SE is located on the South East coast of South Australia and is approximately 300 km from Adelaide, South Australia's capital city. Kingston SE offers the excellent safe beaches, tourist facilities, parks and gardens, extensive sporting and recreational facilities, is located close to the Mt. Benson / Cape Jaffa wineries and offers excellent and safe recreational fishing. The district has many national parks including the world recognised Coorong. Cape Jaffa a small settlement is approximately 25 km south of Kingston SE and the rock lobster fishing fleet is located at the Cape.
