Council Assessment Panel

The Council Assessment Panel meets in the Council Chambers, 29 Holland Street, Kingston, at 5.00pm on the first Tuesday of the month, or as listed below.

The function of the panel is to assess development applications against the relevant provisions of Council's Development Plan to ensure consistent and proper develpment in an expetious manner. Agendas for meetings are available for public inspection at the Council Office and on Council's website, three working days prior to the meeting.

Minutes outlining the decisions of the Council Assessment Panel are available for public inspection at the Council Office and on Council's website, 5 working days after the meeting.

Under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act, any complaints regarding the conduct of a Council Assesment Panel Member are required to be lodged with the State Planning Commission for investigation.
