Following on from a busy summer holiday period, Council is reviewing the framework in which mobile businesses may operate within the Council area.
Council is seeking feedback to inform the development of a Mobile Business Location Rules Policy. The policy will seek to provide a balanced approach to mobile business activities, taking into consideration the position and views of fixed business operators and residents, whilst encouraging the use and activation of outdoor spaces and increasing the vitality of the area, encouraging entrepreneurship and stimulating tourism.
