Section 26A of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 requires the creation of an Animal Management Plan, and subsequent reviews and updates at 5 yearly intervals. The current Animal Management Plan 2023-2028 was adopted by Council on 19 December 2023 following a review of the plan and a period of community engagement.
