We are easy to approach and flexible with choices throughout the building process which is very reassuring to our customers. You can elect how you want your project done, varying from a 'turn-key' contract or with you having a more hands on approach and being more involved throughout the process.
Plans are available which have been personally designed by CM&KM Lewis Builders and can be built as is or modified to suit your requirements. These plans are to give a helping hand in choosing your new home, but if not suitable we are more then happy to build customers' own plans or be involved with the customer to design their own.
The business uses all local trades-people for plumbing, Electrical, Bricklaying, Cabinetmaking, Texture-Coating, Painting, Earthworks and Landscaping. This is because we support local business and because of the high standard of work they provide which can be viewed in many houses around Kingston SE, Cape Jaffa, Robe and surrounding districts.
